Monday–Friday | 3PM-11PM with every other weekend and holiday.  PCA/CNA welcome to apply! CBRF Certification in medication administration or CNA License with Med Aide privileges strongly preferred.  Position Summary: The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides direct nursing care and delivers assigned delegated aspects of care for tenants. The PCA adjusts tenant care to facilitate good communication with family, tenants and other healthcare team members to best meet and encourage expression of needs from all involved in tenant’s care. The PCA organizes the aspects of care which he/she is accountable for to the best of their ability and supports the charge nurse to efficiently take care of tenant’s needs. Education and Training Required: - State/Federal registry of CNA's desired. - BLS certification required. - Meets health requirements. - Successful completion of Medication Administration Class. Experience: - Ability to work in a long term care environment with appropriate technological support. - Must be able to deal with multiple priorities in a calm manner. - Requires decision-making, critical thinking and problem solving skills. - Recognizes legal responsibilities and functions as specified by Nurse Practice Act.   Reedsburg Area Medical Center is nationally ranked as one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare.
