Senior Game Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Game Designer based in Turkey. This is a senior creative role focused on designing and implementing engaging content and complex gameplay systems for a successful live mobile game. You will shape characters, progression mechanics, events, combat systems, and other features from initial concept through final implementation. The role combines creative game design with rigorous analysis of player behaviour, game data, feedback, and in-game outcomes. You will help evolve the game economy, loops, and combat meta while creating meaningful strategic depth and healthy player engagement. Working closely with art, engineering, production, and other design stakeholders, you will help maintain a sustainable and high-quality content pipeline. The environment is highly autonomous, experimental, collaborative, and globally distributed, with a strong emphasis on impact and continuous learning.
