Key Responsibilities
■EHS
- Support EHS onsite audits, inspections, and compliance activities in accordance with Kioxia site regulations and ASM EHS requirements.
- Conduct regular workplace safety observations and report findings, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities to both Kioxia and ASM stakeholders.
- Participate in Kioxia Safety Subcommittee meetings and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and maintain records for EHS, SEAJ, and customer-required safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Ensure proper management, filing, and retention of EHS documentation, audit records, training records, and compliance-related documentation.
- Promote a strong safety culture through employee engagement, risk awareness, and compliance monitoring activities.
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and follow-up activities as required.
■Service Operations
- Consolidate service and equipment performance data to support operational reporting and continuous improvement activities.
- Support general office administration tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Support communication and coordination between local teams, customers, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operational activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in EHS within the semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industry.
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations, risk assessment, incident management, and audit processes.
- Familiarity with Kioxia safety requirements, site procedures, and customer-specific EHS expectations is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience in semiconductor service operations or engineering support is a plus.
