We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Team Leader, to support our Personal Banking Manager while leading a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional client outcomes. 
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in banking or financial services who enjoys developing people, solving complex client challenges and driving continuous improvement
This role offers the opportunity to combine leadership and operational excellence within a highly respected international banking business. You'll play a key role in developing your team, enhancing client experiences and contributing to the future success of Standard Bank Offshore. 
Essential
- 5+ years' experience within banking, financial services, or a similar environment. 
- Proven experience leading, coaching or mentoring others.
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
- Strong client service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 
- Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.Key outputs
- Lead, coach and support a team of Personal Bankers to deliver an outstanding client experience. 
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex client queries, complaints and service incidents. 
- Support the Personal Banking Manager in the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the team, including deputising when required. 
- Build stronger client relationships through proactive service reviews and customer engagement activities. 
- Monitor performance data and management information (MI) to drive service improvements, workforce planning and operational efficiency.Behavioural Competencies:
