As a Government Pricing (GP) Analyst, you will help pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers meet their price reporting obligations under U.S. Government Programs. This work directly supports how patients access therapies through Medicaid, Medicare, the VA, and the 340B program, and it is held to a high standard of accuracy and compliance.  You will join IntegriChain’s Net Revenue and Compliance team in Pune, which provides managed services and business process outsourcing to biopharmaceutical clients. You will work closely with GP managers, technical teams, and U.S.-based client stakeholders.  This role suits someone early in their finance or accounting career who enjoys working with data, takes pride in getting the numbers right, and wants to build expertise in a high-demand area of the pharma industry. Prior Government Pricing experience is helpful but not required; we will train you.  Working hours: This is a hybrid role based in Pune. Because you will work closely with U.S.-based clients and managers, the role requires some overlap with U.S. Eastern working hours What you’ll do to thrive in this role: - Government Price calculations; - Prepare, validate, calculate, and analyse price reporting required under the following U.S. government programs: the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Medicare Part B, the VA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), and the 340B Drug Pricing Program.  - Prepare and validate the underlying data for price types including Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Best Price (BP), Average Sales Price (ASP), Non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price (Non-FAMP), Federal Ceiling Price (FCP), Industrial Funding Fee (IFF), and Unit Rebate Amount (URA).  - Deliver accurate, on-time calculations for assigned products on a monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting schedule.  - Review calculations with the client reviewer and obtain sign-off, following all required SOPs, before prices are submitted to government agencies (such as CMS, VA, and DoD) or shared with internal Medicaid rebate users.Data management and analysis; Review and maintain the master data used across all government pricing calculations. - Manage each client’s class-of-trade hierarchy and clients PHS eligibility and ensure every incoming transaction is correctly tagged and mapped. Perform accurate COT and PHS validations. - Analyze calculation results, investigate variances, and identify their root cause.  - Partner with clients, the client reviewer, and the technical team to resolve system, data, and process issues. Controls and documentation; - Document all revisions and adjustments made to client data in line with financial controls and standard operating procedures. - Maintain SOPs, SOX documentation, and evidence of work supporting each price calculation.  Where You’ll Grow: - As you build confidence in the core role, you will also gain exposure to adjacent areas of Net Revenue and Compliance. - Gross-to-Net (GTN): accrual close, forecasting, and related deliverables. transactional data, general ledger reconciliations, and data extraction from internal, external, and client systems - State Price Transparency Reporting (SPTR): reporting requirements and the U.S. state regulations behind them. portfolio set up activities and preparation of client reports. - Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business.  - 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a data-intensive operations role, ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.  - Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, and working with large datasets), plus working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.  - Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial data.  - Ability to manage multiple deliverables at once and meet fixed deadlines.  - Clear written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate with managers and U.S.-based clients.  - A proactive, self-directed working style, including knowing when to escalate an issue. Nice to have  - Exposure to U.S. government pricing, rebates, chargebacks, or contract pricing.  - Experience with Model N, Revitas, iContracts, or SAP.  - Familiarity with SOX controls or experience working in an audited environment.  - Experience with SQL or Microsoft Access.  - A postgraduate or professional qualification such as an MBA (Finance), M.
