More than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries rely on our know-how and technology to boost their business. ABOUT US: The Marketplace is a key part of how we expand the breadth and quality of betting content available to our customers. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the supplier ecosystem, influence commercial strategy, and build partnerships that directly contribute to the growth of the platform.  THE ROLE: You’ll have ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to work across commercial, product, technology, and operational teams in a genuinely international environment We’re looking for a Supplier Partnerships Manager to help grow and mature the supply side of our Marketplace - a platform that enables third-party betting content to be made available to the sports betting industry.  This role sits at the intersection of commercial partnerships, supplier onboarding, and lifecycle management. You’ll identify and secure high-value suppliers, lead commercial negotiations, oversee onboarding and integration activities, and become the ongoing commercial and relationship owner for your supplier portfolio.  THE CHALLENGE: Working closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Commercial teams, you’ll ensure suppliers integrate successfully, meet agreed performance standards, and deliver sustainable value to our customers and the wider Marketplace.  This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded partnerships professional who combines strong relationship-building skills with an understanding of technology-driven products, data, and digital platforms.  Key Responsibilities: - Source and develop new supplier partnerships: Identify, qualify, and engage potential suppliers aligned with Marketplace strategy, customer demand, and commercial priorities.  - Own the commercial process: Lead supplier discussions from initial outreach and qualification through negotiation, commercial agreement, and contract signature.  - Drive supplier onboarding: Coordinate due diligence, onboarding, and integration activities with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure suppliers are brought live efficiently.  - Manage the supplier lifecycle: Build trusted, long-term relationships with suppliers, establish clear expectations, and proactively manage performance, engagement, and commercial development.  - Monitor performance and compliance: Track supplier performance against contractual, commercial, and SLA commitments, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.  - Identify growth opportunities: Use usage, revenue, and performance data to provide suppliers with actionable insights and identify opportunities to increase adoption and commercial value.  - Own supplier escalations: Act as the primary commercial escalation point for supplier issues, working cross-functionally to resolve blockers and maintain strong relationships.  - Bring market insight: Provide Product and Commercial teams with market intelligence, competitive insights, and assessments of supplier capabilities, positioning, and relevance.  - Manage the supplier pipeline: Track and report on KPIs including supplier pipeline, activation, integration progress, performance, and revenue contribution.  - Shape supplier strategy: Contribute to the Marketplace supplier strategy, prioritisation, and roadmap, ensuring supplier investments support broader business and customer objectives. ABOUT YOU: - 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, supplier management, or commercial roles, ideally within B2B technology, betting, sports, media, data, or digital platforms.  - A proven track record of negotiating and managing high-value commercial partnerships from initial engagement through contract execution and ongoing relationship management.  - Strong understanding of data and content products, APIs, integrations, or digital platform ecosystems.  - Excellent relationship-management skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with strategic partners and senior stakeholders.  - Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify opportunities, assess trade-offs, and turn partnerships into measurable business value.  - Confident communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.  - A structured, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple supplier relationships, negotiations, and onboarding processes simultaneously.  - An analytical mindset, with the ability to use performance and market data to evaluate suppliers and inform commercial decisions.  - Experience in sports data, betting content, media rights, or marketplace ecosystems is highly desirable.  - Comfortable operating in a cross-functional, technology-driven environment where priorities can evolve quickly. OUR OFFER: - A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and US) - Ability to shape your own workday and career via a clearly defined professional and personal development plan - Opportunity to work with senior leadership, develop yourself and build your career within an inspiring and fast-growing company and digital sports environment.  -
