Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee clients’ social media channels on a day-to-day basis. - Plan, schedule, publish, and coordinate social media content across relevant platforms. - Create and maintain content calendars, Gantt charts, campaign timelines, and project schedules. - Manage communication with existing clients and act as the main point of contact for social media-related matters. - Gather client requirements, feedback, approvals, and content inputs. - Coordinate with internal teams such as designers, content creators, and marketing specialists to ensure timely delivery. - Ensure all social media activities and campaigns are delivered according to agreed deadlines. - Monitor engagement, account performance, and key social media metrics. - Prepare regular updates and basic performance reports for clients. - Follow up on pending approvals, deliverables, and client requests. - Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and content best practices. - Manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
