Leads Production and Infrastructure Management org unit - Manages and supervises the Production and Infrastructure management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs - Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production and Infrastructure management - Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility - Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility - Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production and Infrastructure management - Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth  Functional accountability for Production and Infrastructure management on Country level - Education Level : University Degree - Experience : Min 10 years in the Production and Infrastructure Management - At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position - Experience in a multinational company - Project management experience - Industry: Automotive or its suppliers - Strategic mindset and ability to work under pressure - Advanced proficiency in English and French (C1 Level)     People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
