About the Opportunity Fundamental Hospitality is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head Waiter/ Head Waitress to join our team at Adaline in Dubai. The Head Waiter will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, leading the service team on the floor, and ensuring that every aspect of service reflects the venue’s elevated standards. Key Responsibilities - Lead and support the service team throughout the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. - Oversee the service of an assigned section and ensure consistently high standards. - Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and memorable experience. - Coordinate closely with the Management and Reception teams to ensure smooth guest flow and table management. - Ensure all service standards, procedures, and presentation guidelines are consistently followed. - Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or concerns with professionalism and discretion. - Support the training and development of Waiters and other service team members. - Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, and current promotions. - Assist management with maintaining the energy and service standards of the venue throughout the evening.
