Featuring 191 elegantly designed guestrooms, a signature restaurant and bar, executive lounge, ballroom and event studios, and a dedicated wellbeing floor, Pullman Hamilton will become a leading destination for travellers, corporates and the local community.
We are now seeking a commercially driven and analytical Revenue Manager to play a key role in the pre-opening and ongoing success of Pullman Hamilton.
Working closely with the General Manager, Commercial team and key Accor stakeholders, you will lead revenue strategy across rooms and support broader commercial performance, ensuring the hotel is positioned for a strong and successful launch.
- Lead pre-opening revenue strategy, including pricing, forecasting, inventory and market positioning.
- Drive room revenue and profitability through dynamic pricing and demand optimisation.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and business performance to identify revenue opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Reservations to align commercial strategies and maximise conversion.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets and revenue performance reporting.
- Optimise distribution channels, systems and revenue processes to support long-term commercial growth.
- Proven experience in Revenue Management within a hotel environment.
- Strong analytical, forecasting and commercial skills.
- Confident working with revenue systems, distribution channels and market data.
- Collaborative communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Pre-opening or premium hotel experience highly regarded.
- Full working rights in New Zealand.
