Kids Club Manager

The contemporary and eco-friendly design of the villas offer our guests a comfortable accommodation and laid-back resort experience. - Oversee the daily Kids Club operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, fun, and educational environment for children and families. - Lead, train, coach, and develop the Kids Club team, including recruitment, scheduling, performance management, and motivation. - Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities, including indoor and outdoor programs, sports, entertainment, and family recreation. - Ensure the highest standards of child safety, hygiene, security, cleanliness, and emergency preparedness, in line with resort SOPs and Accor policies. - Ensure children and families receive friendly, consistent, and personalized service, responding professionally to guest requests, feedback, and special requirements. - Maintain and communicate the monthly Kids Club activity schedule and promote Kids Club programs and services to resort guests. - Coordinate with other resort departments to create seamless family experiences and support cross-promotional activities. - Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, inventory, supplies, and equipment of the Kids Club facilities. - Maintain accurate attendance, incident, operational, and administrative records, and conduct regular operational checks to ensure brand standards. - Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and P&L management, while continuously reviewing programs and service quality for improvement. - Build a friendly, safe, and engaging atmosphere where children, teens, and the team feel welcomed, comfortable, and excited to participate. - Create a diverse and attractive calendar of activities throughout the year, catering to different age groups and interests, to keep the Kids Club and Teens Club active, engaging, and enjoyable. - Develop a positive and energetic team culture, ensuring the team is well-trained, creative, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences for our young guests. - At least 2 years of experience as a Kids Club Manager within a successful lifestyle luxury brand. - Experience in the Maldives is advantageous, but your passion and skills are what matter most. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. - Serviced oriented with an eye for details - Proficiency in English - Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively - Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times - Attractive tax free salary package - Monthly service charge earnings - Comprehensive health insurance coverage - Annual paid leave with return flight ticket - Accommodation, meals, uniforms, and additional employee perks
