Role Overview We are looking for a Group FP&A Vice President to join the finance department. This role will support the Group CFO in delivering financial strategy, planning and performance management across the Group.   Key Responsibilities - Own the Group's Strategic Financial & Risk Ecosystem under the FP&A umbrella - Build and Monitor Growth Strategies, Business Plans, Budgets and Financials for the Group - Turn Strategy into Financial Targets and Execution Plans - Support Corporate Finance and Transformation Initiatives - Act as a Trusted FP&A Partner to Leadership and External Stakeholder groups   Professional Experience & Qualifications - Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics degree; ACCA and/or CFA preferred. - 7–10+ years in consulting and/or corporate finance, including at MBB and/or Big 4; real estate exposure a plus. - Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and planning tools preferred; experience using AI and automation to improve efficiency. - Solid modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills in multi-entity group; working knowledge of IFRS a plus. - Experience handling complex groups of stakeholders in finance context. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to build and maintain relationships at all levels. - Strong command of the Greek and English languages, both written and oral. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.   We Value Ethics & Integrity - Acting with transparency and full regulatory compliance Respect - Building trusted relationships at all levels Teamwork - Leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders in seamless collaboration Innovation - Applying a strategic mindset and modern tools to every project Results-driven ownership - Delivering projects on time, in scope, and on budget   We Offer - Competitive remuneration package, including fringe benefits - Continuous learning and development alongside some of the industry's leaders - A dynamic, closely-knit team within an international group — with plenty of knowledge   Let's make your next career move a success together!   Αny personal data submitted as part of your application will be processed in accordance with our candidate employees privacy notice.
