We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager - Infrastructure to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and execute infrastructure projects from conception through completion, ensuring exceptional delivery standards, adherence to timelines and budgets, and outstanding client satisfaction. You will be instrumental in driving project success through strategic planning, proactive risk management, and collaborative team leadership. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on significant infrastructure initiatives while fostering innovation and operational excellence. - Manage and execute infrastructure projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget compliance - Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns promptly, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring consistent satisfaction - Communicate project updates, milestones, and changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner - Identify potential risks and uncertainties; develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success - Supervise and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and design partners to ensure cohesive project execution and quality deliverables - Oversee design coordination processes, ensuring design outputs meet project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations - Develop and implement project management best practices and standard operating procedures to drive operational efficiency - Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement - Analyze project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders - Ensure compliance with local UAE construction regulations, standards, and contractual obligations **Experience:** - Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in infrastructure project management - Proven track record of successfully managing medium-scale infrastructure projects from initiation to completion - Demonstrated experience in coordinating design processes and managing design teams within infrastructure projects - Experience managing projects in the UAE or Middle Eastern region is highly desirable - Strong background in budget management, schedule optimization, and resource planning**Skills and Competencies:** - Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach - Comprehensive understanding of construction contracts, risk management frameworks, and claims avoidance strategies - Proficiency in time management and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools - Knowledge of local UAE and Dubai construction regulations, standards, and compliance requirements**Certifications and Domain Expertise:** - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (required) - PRINCE2 certification or similar project management methodology certification (preferred) - Domain expertise in infrastructure development, civil engineering projects, or related disciplines - Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital project management tools (preferred)  At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
