For our team in the UK, we're looking for a Senior Channel Partner Acquisition Specialist (UK) focused on growing our partner network in the UK market.
Your environment
This is a hybrid role, with at least 2 days per week in our London or Manchester office, and you'll be part of a European channel team, where each channel manager owns and drives their own region. You'll have full ownership of the UK market — responsible for creating the plan and structure to grow your region — working alongside colleagues from Sales and Marketing.
Your focus: winning new partners and making them successful quickly.
- Acquiring new channel partners (VARs, MSPs, system integrators) in the UK market
- Building a strong partner pipeline through active outbound outreach
- Managing the partner signing process
- Onboarding and activating new partners, including training and go-to-market
- Delivering structured trainings and product onboarding
- Supporting co-selling, co-marketing, and opportunity development
- Bachelor's degree or higher highly preferred
- Extensive experience (approx. 5-7+ years) in channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales within the SaaS sector
- Proven track record in partner acquisition (hunter mentality)
- Experience working with VARs, MSPs, or system integrators
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), particularly ITIL and service management processes, is an advantage
- Structured, goal- and KPI-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the UK
- Fluent English
