Your Role: As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and accelerating the growth of our Luxembourg business. This role combines strategic thinking with a strong hands-on commercial approach. You will be directly involved in developing the market, building new client relationships, identifying and converting business opportunities, and managing negotiations and tenders. Working closely with the CEO, you will contribute to the commercial strategy, identify growth opportunities, monitor business performance, and help define the priorities that will drive our development in Luxembourg. Your Responsibilities: Business Development & Growth - Business Development & Market Growth: Drive the development of our business in Luxembourg by identifying new market opportunities, prospecting potential clients, opening new doors, and building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. - New Client Acquisition: Own the full business development cycle, from initial prospecting and client engagement to needs identification, proposal, negotiation, and closing. - Tenders & Commercial Proposals: Lead and actively contribute to RFPs, tenders, and strategic commercial proposals, coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive, relevant, and high-quality responses. - Commercial Strategy & Market Development: Work closely with the CEO to identify growth areas, define commercial priorities, monitor market developments, and continuously strengthen our positioning in Luxembourg. - 6–8 years of experience in Business Development, ideally within IT Managed Services, IT consulting. - A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, Economics, or another relevant field. - A strong track record in business development, including prospecting, client acquisition, account development, negotiation, and closing. - Strong business acumen and excellent command of numbers, with the ability to work confidently with revenue, margins, forecasts, pipelines, KPIs, and commercial performance data. - Experience with tenders, and complex commercial proposals, ideally involving multiple internal stakeholders. - A hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset: you are willing to lead from the front, take ownership, challenge existing ways of working, and turn ideas into concrete actions. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact with senior client stakeholders and executive management. - Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and reporting tools. - Fluent in French and English, Knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is a plus All our positions are open to both women and men and are, of course, open to people with disabilities.
