The role As our Office Manager you help keep our Amsterdam office welcoming, well organised and running smoothly. This is a hands-on role in which you support colleagues, the Executive Team and visitors. An overview of your responsibilities: - Keep the office welcoming, organised and running smoothly on a day-to-day basis; - Coordinate meeting rooms, office supplies, catering, building access and parking facilities; - Own the daily lunch experience, from coordinating with the caterer to making sure everything is set up and ready before colleagues head to lunch; - Act as the go-to person for employees, visitors and vendors; - Support onboarding, company events and other workplace initiatives; - Maintain office documentation, processes and workplace information; - Ensure office equipment functions properly and coordinate support with IT when needed; - Provide occasional support to the leadership team with scheduling, travel arrangements and other administrative tasks; - Support a safe and compliant workplace and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.
