VP - Managing General Counsel, Corporate, Debt and Equity

Our partner is looking for a VP - Managing General Counsel, Corporate, Debt and Equity based in the United States. This is a senior in-house legal leadership role serving as a strategic advisor on corporate, transactional, debt, equity, and governance matters. The position will shape legal strategy for a rapidly growing healthcare organization and support complex business transactions. You will lead corporate legal teams while partnering closely with executives, business leaders, compliance professionals, and external counsel. The role has significant responsibility across mergers and acquisitions, liquidity transactions, entity structures, governance, equity matters, and securities compliance. Success requires combining sophisticated legal judgment with practical business thinking and an ability to navigate complex, high-impact decisions. You will also contribute to legal team development, operational improvements, playbooks, training, and a collaborative team culture. This is a remote opportunity with up to 25% travel, with Nashville, Tennessee preferred.
