Our partner is looking for a Technical Field Advisor (TFA) Steam Turbine & Generator based in United States. This is a field-based technical leadership role supporting utility and industrial power plants with steam turbine and generator systems. You will provide on-site technical direction during maintenance, repair, inspection, and outage activities, ensuring work is executed safely and to contractual standards. The role combines hands-on expertise, troubleshooting, project coordination, and customer engagement in demanding power-generation environments. You will review engineering documentation, diagnose equipment issues, anticipate potential failures, and recommend future maintenance actions. You will also lead outage activities, coordinate resources, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges. With approximately 80% travel, this opportunity is well suited to an experienced field professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving critical equipment and customer challenges.
