Senior Systems Integration Engineer

This is a senior engineering opportunity supporting the advancement, sustainment, and modernization of small unmanned aircraft systems. You will contribute to complex defense programs by connecting systems engineering, integration, requirements, architecture, safety, and operational effectiveness. The role involves evaluating system performance, conducting trade studies, assessing risks, and supporting critical acquisition and engineering decisions. You will work across multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with government stakeholders in a highly technical and mission-focused environment. Your expertise will help ensure systems meet rigorous airworthiness, safety, information assurance, and lifecycle engineering standards. The position offers significant technical ownership across distributed and virtual environments, networking technologies, and complex weapon-system architectures. This is an onsite role at Wright-Patterson AFB, with approximately 20% travel and an opportunity to contribute to high-impact national defense missions.
