Senior Servicing Attorney

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Servicing Attorney based in United States. This is a senior legal role supporting mortgage servicing operations across litigation, regulatory matters, compliance, and legal risk management. You will advise servicing teams on complex legal issues while managing litigation, regulatory complaints, title claims, and customer disputes. The position offers broad exposure to federal and state mortgage servicing requirements as well as investor and insurer guidelines. You will work closely with operational, compliance, vendor management, and legal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risk. The role combines strategic legal judgment with hands-on review of loan files, customer communications, policies, procedures, and regulatory responses. You will also interact with regulatory agencies, attorneys general, outside counsel, vendors, investors, and internal business teams.
