Senior Multi-Line Coverage & Litigation Specialist | National Accounts

Our partner is looking for a Senior Multi-Line Coverage & Litigation Specialist | National Accounts based in the United States. This is a senior claims role focused on complex, high-exposure, and heavily litigated liability matters within a national accounts environment. You will lead investigations, coverage analysis, litigation strategy, negotiations, and claim resolution across sophisticated multi-line exposures. The position places particular emphasis on Workers’ Compensation Employers Liability, contractual risk transfer, complex coverage issues, and catastrophic losses. You will work closely with defense counsel, clients, excess and reinsurance carriers, experts, and other stakeholders to drive effective outcomes. The role requires strong technical judgment, advanced negotiation capabilities, and the confidence to independently manage high-stakes claims. You will also contribute as a technical resource and mentor while maintaining rigorous standards for documentation, financial accuracy, and client service.
