Senior Human Resources Manager

This is a senior HR leadership opportunity focused on strengthening people, leadership, and organizational infrastructure during a period of continued growth. The role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while overseeing the full employee experience, from recruitment and onboarding through performance, development, employee relations, and compliance. You will build scalable HR systems, improve management practices, and help leaders navigate organizational change with clarity, empathy, and accountability. The position combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on work across investigations, compensation, benefits, leave administration, workforce planning, and employment law. You will play a central role in developing managers and supervisors, strengthening employee engagement, and creating a more consistent and effective workplace culture. This is a remote role based in California, with regular travel throughout the state to collaborate with leaders, support employees, and participate in meetings and events.
