Project Unanet Accountant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Unanet Accountant based in United States. This fully remote role supports the Accounting and Finance function within a government contracting environment. You will help ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial transactions across project accounting, payroll, accounting, and Unanet. The position plays an important role in maintaining reliable project financials and supporting efficient billing, payroll, and accounting cycles. You will work closely with Accounting, Payroll, Project Control, Unanet Administration, employees, and managers across the organization. Your responsibilities will span reconciliations, journal entries, labor charging, expense reviews, payroll close, and compliance monitoring. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to financial integrity while supporting year-end close, audits, and government contracting requirements. This position can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States and follows Eastern Time working hours.
