Product Client Success Manager (Third Party Casualty)

Our partner is looking for a Product Client Success Manager (Third Party Casualty) based in United States. This role is focused on helping insurance organizations maximize the value of technology across third-party casualty claims operations. You will act as a strategic client partner, driving adoption, measurable outcomes, retention, and opportunities for account growth. The position combines deep insurance expertise with commercial thinking, analytics, and consultative relationship management. You will work closely with customers to identify operational challenges and translate technology capabilities into meaningful business improvements. The role offers broad exposure to claims transformation, workflow optimization, analytics, and emerging insurance technology. You will collaborate across Client Success, Sales, Product, Analytics, and other teams to execute customer strategies and deliver results. This is a remote position with travel of up to approximately 30% and significant interaction with senior customer stakeholders.
