Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Lead based in the United States. This role will lead the functional delivery of Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management across a complex enterprise ERP implementation. You’ll work directly with finance, project controls, and operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable PPM solutions. The position covers the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. You’ll help support sophisticated engineering and construction use cases, including project costing, billing, contracts, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition. The role combines hands-on Oracle Cloud expertise with client-facing consulting, functional leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll also influence integrations, data conversion, reporting, training, and adoption while advising stakeholders on Oracle best practices and new capabilities.
