Full Stack Developer Lead

This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining team management with active software development. You will lead a Full Stack Developer team while contributing directly to backend services, APIs, front-end applications, and system integrations. The role spans modern .NET development, Angular, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, authentication, messaging, monitoring, and automation. You will help shape coding standards, technical architecture, development practices, and the team's overall engineering capabilities. Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. You will also play a key role in resolving complex production issues, mentoring developers, and improving team performance.
