Director, Advisory Delivery Operations & Project Management

Our partner is looking for a Director, Advisory Delivery Operations & Project Management based in the United States. This is a senior remote leadership role overseeing project management operations across a complex advisory services environment. You will lead and develop a team of project managers while maintaining direct involvement in high-priority client and delivery initiatives. The role combines people leadership, project governance, operational excellence, risk management, and client engagement. You will help standardize delivery practices, improve reporting, and introduce technology and automation to increase efficiency and consistency. As a player-coach, you will guide teams through complex projects while strengthening their capabilities, processes, and performance. You will partner with delivery, quality, sales, and leadership teams to improve customer outcomes and achieve key operational metrics.
