Sr Business Analyst - IT

We are a purpose-driven company aiming to empower the next generation to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential. - Partner with business teams to understand, analyze, and document business requirements. - Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions. - Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout project delivery. - Support system implementation, testing, user acceptance, and deployment. - Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology. - Facilitate workshops, meetings, and cross-functional communication. - Lead or support IT enhancement projects and continuous improvement initiatives. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a similar role. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Familiar with project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. - Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. - Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
