AI Commercial Counsel, GTM @ Parallel Web Systems

POWERING THE WEB FOR AI AGENTS BUILDING THE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR INTELLIGENT, PROGRAMMATIC ACCESS TO THE WEB Parallel is seeking an AI Commercial Counsel, GTM to help shape the legal foundation of a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and GTM teams to structure and close complex enterprise deals, while building scalable systems that streamline contracting. You will design templates, playbooks, and processes that enable responsible growth, and guide privacy and data protection in customer relationships to ensure trust as the business scales. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of commercial contracting experience, is comfortable owning enterprise SaaS negotiations, and enjoys advising business partners directly. You are a builder at heart—curious about AI, collaborative, and eager to help establish and evolve the legal function from the ground up.
