Anglo American Australia  In Australia, we operate five steelmaking coal mines in Queensland’s Bowen Basin, and have additional joint venture interests in manganese, as well as copper exploration projects under way in North West Queensland. Steelmaking coal is an essential ingredient in blast-furnace steel manufacture, producing steel used for critical building and infrastructure around the world.  Location Options:- - Brisbane-based - Moranbah site-based (camp accommodation provided, roster: Monday-Friday / Monday-Thursday)We are seeking two experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Advisors to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. These roles offer the opportunity to partner with leaders across our operations and play a key role in attracting and securing top talent during an exciting period of growth and transformation. Whether you're looking for a Brisbane-based corporate role or the opportunity to work closely with operational leaders on-site in Moranbah, you'll be part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team delivering recruitment outcomes across a diverse portfolio of positions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, providing strategic talent advice, market insights, and an exceptional candidate experience. Experience recruiting within the mining, resources, or related industries will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of vacancies - Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies - Conduct intake meetings, market mapping, sourcing and talent pipelining activities - Screen, shortlist and assess candidates against role requirements - Coordinate and conduct interviews  - Provide market insights, talent intelligence and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders - Prepare offers and support remuneration and onboarding processes - Ensure recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and employment legislation - Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within recruitment systems To be successful in this role, ideally you will bring: - Experience in an internal talent acquisition function - Exposure to mining, resources, or related sectors - Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines - Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills - Strong sourcing capability and experience identifying passive talent - Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high levels of service - Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills - Experience using recruitment systems such as SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors or similar platforms - Centrally located in our Brisbane CBD Corporate Office, close to train, bus and ferry connections - 2nd opportunity, based in Moranbah (Monday-Friday, Monday-Thursday roster, free camp and mess) - Competitive salary + 12% superannuation and annual bonus - Flexible work options including WFH and 9 day fortnight - Paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers - Employee Assistance Program for employees and their familyWhat we offer When you join Anglo American, you can expect to enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package and a range of flexible work arrangements that support the balance of work, family and individual circumstances.
