Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, cocktails and drinks according to hotel standards. - Provide professional, friendly and personalized service to guests. - Maintain excellent knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients and preparation methods. - Take guest orders accurately and provide recommendations when required. - Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean and well organized. - Prepare the bar mise en place and maintain appropriate stock levels. - Follow standard recipes, portion controls and presentation standards. - Handle cash and billing procedures accurately, where applicable. - Monitor stock and minimize wastage. - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
