Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and warmly assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. - Complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally. - Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services and local attractions. - Handle guest requests, inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. - Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and personalized service. - Process reservations, room allocations and guest information accurately. - Handle payments and billing procedures in accordance with hotel standards. - Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B and other departments. - Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information. - Follow all Front Office procedures, hotel standards and service guidelines. - Assist with resolving guest concerns and escalate matters when required.
