The role balances delivery execution with enabling team performance, ensuring high-quality outputs, aligned delivery, and strong client relationships. The individual contributes directly to client success while representing DVT as a trusted delivery partner. You are comfortable being hands-on and actively contributing to analysis delivery while leading others. You: - Perform business and systems analysis activities within client engagements - Drive requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation - Translate business needs into clear, structured outputs that delivery teams can execute against - Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility - Lead by example by contributing directly to delivery outputs . Team Leadership & Coaching: You see yourself as an enabler of people.
