Staff Software Engineer (L4)

This is a senior technical leadership opportunity focused on building and evolving high-scale backend systems that power real-time customer engagement. You will set technical direction across business-critical services and influence architecture over multiple quarters and organizational boundaries. The role combines deep hands-on engineering with strategic decision-making around scalability, reliability, performance, and cost. You’ll work with distributed engineering, product, and platform teams to solve complex systems challenges and unblock shared dependencies. You’ll also help raise engineering standards through design reviews, code reviews, mentorship, and operational excellence.
