SEO & AEO Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SEO & AEO Manager based in Brazil. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building and scaling an organization’s organic search growth engine. You’ll own the SEO and AEO roadmap end to end, combining technical optimization, content strategy, analytics, and emerging AI-search practices. The role offers the opportunity to shape how a growing business is discovered across traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences. You’ll assess existing initiatives, establish clear priorities and KPIs, and turn organic search into a measurable business-growth channel. Alongside your individual contribution, you’ll lead, coach, and develop an SEO team while establishing scalable processes and high standards. You’ll work in a fully remote, international environment with significant autonomy and direct visibility with marketing leadership.
