Senior Salesforce Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer based in the United States. This is a senior technical opportunity to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions supporting a mission-driven organization with complex operational needs. You will own custom applications, integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements while helping ensure the Salesforce environment remains scalable, secure, and efficient. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, including mentoring developers and promoting strong architecture and coding practices. You will work closely with business analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. A key focus will be integrating Salesforce with external systems and leveraging capabilities such as Education Cloud, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio. You will also contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing platform improvements.
