The role combines data management, business process governance, systems transformation, and emerging AI capabilities. You will lead major data conversion and migration initiatives, partnering with regional and technology teams to protect data quality and business continuity. A key part of the position is ensuring changes are traceable, auditable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards. You will also help govern AI agents and optimize their performance against defined business outcomes and guardrails.
