Director of Engineering

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Engineering based in Brazil. This is a senior engineering leadership opportunity for a technology leader who enjoys building exceptional teams while remaining close to complex technical challenges. You’ll report directly to the CEO and shape the engineering strategy as the organization scales its products, teams, and infrastructure. The role combines organizational leadership with hands-on involvement in architecture, technical decisions, and critical initiatives. You’ll guide engineering managers and senior engineers while establishing processes that improve execution, reliability, and technical excellence.
