This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Pricing Advisor based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in pricing large-group benefits plans within a dynamic insurance environment. You will be responsible for assessing risk, establishing competitive rates, and supporting decisions that drive sustainable profitability. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and internal partners to respond to client needs and develop effective pricing solutions. The position combines financial analysis, risk management, negotiation, and relationship-building responsibilities. You will also contribute to new client implementations and the design of solutions for complex benefits structures. In a fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise with less experienced colleagues while continuing to develop your own skills.
