You'll help coordinate projects, improve processes, and ensure teams stay aligned while gaining practical experience across production, procurement, and testing activities. Your Roadmap to make an Impact - Support cross-functional projects by gathering, consolidating, and maintaining project data, ensuring clear visibility of progress, open tasks, and potential risks. - Coordinate with production, procurement, and program teams to follow up on open topics, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders. - Assist in improving operational processes by identifying inefficiencies, contributing ideas, and supporting the implementation of scalable solutions. - Provide hands-on support in the preparation, coordination, and execution of test campaigns. - Contribute to strategic operations projects, including the development of scalable test planning and verification frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives across the Operations team. - Help maintain project documentation, track action items, and support reporting to ensure timely project delivery.
