Full-Time Dining Server Pay Range: $14.50 - $17.25 per hour (Final offer based on experience, skills, and qualifications) Day and Evening Shifts Available What You'll Do As a Dining Server, you will help create an enjoyable dining experience by: - Providing friendly and attentive table service to residents and guests - Taking meal orders and serving food and beverages accurately and efficiently - Ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, and inviting - Assisting with dining room setup and closing responsibilities - Building positive relationships with residents through exceptional customer service - Working closely with kitchen and dining team members to ensure a seamless dining experience - Following food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards What We're Looking For - A positive, customer-focused attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment - Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred - Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays throughout a shift - Dependable, professional, and committed to outstanding service - Ability to read and speak English Why Join The Village at Orchard Ridge?
