Grayscale is the largest digital asset-focused investment platform in the world by AUM and offers the broadest selection of digital asset investment products in the U.S. based on number of products. Our platform spans the full spectrum of institutional-grade solutions—from single-asset exposures to diversified and thematic strategies—with a goal of providing every investor with access to the hyper-expanding digital asset universe. Our firm offers a rare combination of decades of traditional finance work experience and digital asset leadership that brings an institutional mindset to the maturing digital asset industry. This convergence of capabilities positions us to deliver investment solutions and client experiences that are both institutionally robust and technologically advanced, which we believe offers a competitive edge that is difficult to replicate. We’re proud of our deep crypto expertise and work closely with individual and institutional investors as they explore this asset class as part of their portfolio allocation. Position Summary: Grayscale is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Campaign Manager, Marketing to own the end-to-end process of planning, launching, and managing our advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Reporting to the SVP, Marketing, the Campaign Manager will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, creative, and external agencies/vendors to ensure every campaign is built, trafficked, and delivered accurately, on time, and on budget. This is a critical operational role focused on flawless execution, cross-functional coordination, and process ownership across the campaign lifecycle. This individual will also participate in media buying strategy and decision-making. Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end execution of Grayscale’s advertising campaigns—including performance-driven paid media, brand campaigns, and sponsorships (e.g., partner email sends, display placements, podcast integrations)—from kickoff through launch and wrap-up. - Build and maintain detailed campaign calendars, timelines, and status trackers—tracking content ownership, creative and compliance approvals, and tagging/trafficking status—coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Comms so every campaign stays aligned to agreed goals and deadlines. - Manage the operational execution of paid media campaigns—including trafficking, tagging, ad serving setup, QA, and launch checklists—across search, social, programmatic/display, and direct buys, in partnership with media and creative teams. - Coordinate the execution of brand advertising campaigns across OOH, CTV/streaming, audio, in both traditional and non-traditional channels, ensuring assets, specs, and timelines are met as applicable. - Track campaign performance against established KPIs and budgets, compiling reporting and post-campaign recaps on ROAS, CAC, and other agreed-upon metrics. - Coordinate day-to-day with agencies and vendors on deliverables, timelines, and specs, ensuring seamless execution and brand consistency. - Maintain clear documentation of campaign workflows, processes, and best practices, and flag risks or dependencies proactively to keep campaigns on track. Prior Experience/Requirements: - 5–7 years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or project management within paid media or advertising, ideally at an ad agency, media agency, or ad ops/trafficking team, with consumer tech or fintech in-house experience also considered - Demonstrated success managing the execution of multichannel advertising campaigns, including digital performance and traditional brand campaigns, from planning through launch. - Deep familiarity with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, programmatic/DSPs) and marketing analytics/attribution tools. - Hands-on experience with Google CM360 and other ad delivery/trafficking platforms, with a strong understanding of tagging, ad serving, and campaign QA workflows. - Highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and competing deadlines. - Experience coordinating with agencies and vendors on day-to-day campaign delivery, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and specs are met. The salary range for this position is $140,000-$190,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
