Qualifications for the HVAC Service Apprentice/Helper - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - EPA Certification or a Massachusetts Plumbing Apprentice Card required. - A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. - Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn. - Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
