Systems Integration Support Technician (BC)

This role supports the successful integration and commissioning of smart building and IoT security technologies across client projects. You will provide a combination of remote technical support and occasional onsite assistance at customer locations. The position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, intercoms, networking, and connected building technologies. You will take ownership of IoT projects from initial configuration through commissioning and completion. The role requires close collaboration with customers, project managers, security contractors, and cross-functional technical teams. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills are essential for resolving complex technical issues and keeping projects on track.
