Staff Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Designer based in United States . As a Staff Product Designer on the AI experience team, you’ll lead high-impact design initiatives shaping how people interact with intelligent products and systems. You’ll define the end-to-end design strategy for AI experiences, from generative interfaces to the future evolution of the platform. Working across Product, Engineering, Research, Revenue, Client Services, and Leadership, you’ll turn complex technical and data-rich systems into intuitive experiences. You’ll help establish how AI communicates reasoning, confidence, uncertainty, and recovery when things go wrong. The role combines exceptional interaction design and prototyping craft with strategic thinking, systems design, and measurable business impact. You’ll also mentor other designers and help raise design quality, consistency, and maturity across the organization.
