Senior CRM Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior CRM Business Analyst based in Brazil. As a Senior CRM Business Analyst, you will support leading pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations in improving commercial excellence and engagement with healthcare professionals. The role combines business analysis, functional consulting, solution expertise, and direct client partnership throughout implementation projects. You will lead discovery sessions and workshops, translate complex business needs into functional requirements, and recommend solutions aligned with industry best practices. You will work across CRM and Speaker Bureau ecosystems, including Veeva, Salesforce, OCE, and related life sciences platforms. The position offers significant exposure to senior business stakeholders and highly visible client-facing initiatives supporting U.S.-based organizations. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced professional who can serve as a trusted advisor and drive successful solution adoption.
