As Gerente de Planejamento Financeiro, you will lead the financial planning agenda for three strategic business verticals: Cards, Banking, and Insurance. You will operate at the intersection of rigorous financial analysis, business strategy, and executive stakeholder management. The role will be responsible for long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and efficient capital allocation. You will act as a strategic Financial Business Partner, supporting decisions around profitability, new products, portfolio performance, and business viability. A deep understanding of credit card economics will be essential to building accurate and defensible P&L perspectives. You will also lead and develop a team while driving automation, data, and AI initiatives to increase analytical efficiency.
