Engineering Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager based in Mexico. Lead a backend engineering organization building high-scale systems for a rapidly expanding global payments platform. You’ll oversee engineering managers and technical leads while driving execution, architecture, reliability, and people development. The role combines strategic leadership with technical depth, ensuring backend services remain scalable, efficient, and highly available. You’ll help shape integrations supporting hundreds of merchants and payment providers across complex global payment environments. A key focus will be improving engineering efficiency, managing technical debt, and enabling accurate delivery of high-impact initiatives. You’ll work in an AI-focused, innovative environment alongside a multicultural team distributed across Latin America.
