The Director, Service/Product Offer Management is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the strategy, roadmap, and performance of a portfolio of products and services. The position combines market intelligence, commercial strategy, product development, and people leadership to drive sustainable portfolio growth. You will identify market opportunities, customer needs, competitive trends, and whitespace areas to inform strategic decisions. The role provides broad influence across product lifecycles, pricing, launches, optimization, and portfolio evolution. You will lead and develop a team of Service Offer Management professionals while collaborating with business leaders and client-facing stakeholders. Success requires strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, technology awareness, and the ability to translate market insights into compelling offerings.
