Why is this role important at Field Nation? We are seeking a highly skilled and technically oriented Technical Delivery Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will serve as the technical lead for onboarding new enterprise clients and managing complex integration projects for existing customers. Acting as the primary technical advisor and strategist, you will design robust, scalable solutions that align with our clients' business goals while ensuring seamless deployment and integration of Field Nation. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our customers’ complex business needs and our technical capabilities. You will collaborate cross-functionally with clients, product, operations, and support teams to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is a master communicator—equally comfortable whiteboarding system architecture with engineers and presenting solution value to executive stakeholders. Your primary mission is to build unwavering trust with our clients by understanding their unique challenges and architecting integrations that are not only technically sound but also drive tangible business outcomes.
